Member Card Rules會員卡使用規範

1. Definitions
1.1 CTRL//Z: the brand and seller (an individual seller; company not yet registered). The only official store is ctrlzworks.com.
1.2 Card: the CTRL//Z S1 Fatal physical member card, 1.0 mm black zirconia ceramic with built-in NFC, readable from both faces.
1.3 Member number: the 4-digit number on the card (####), matching the Code 128 barcode on the back (CTRLZ-####-1A).
1.4 GENESIS: cards numbered 0011–0256, with a matte GENESIS mark on the back.
1.5 Holder: whoever presents the card.
1.6 Original purchaser: the person who placed the order the card came with.
1.7 Verification: tapping the card over NFC or scanning the barcode, to confirm the card is genuine and active. NFC verification is planned and not active yet.
2. Nature of the card
2.1 The card is only a credential for membership identity.
2.2 It has no cash value, is not a payment method, and cannot be redeemed for cash or goods.
2.3 Any card benefits are as announced on ctrlzworks.com at the time. These rules promise no specific benefit.
3. How to get one
3.1 During the v0.1 First Commit pre-order (pre-orders open now; official launch 24 Oct 2026), any single order with NT$5,000+ in merchandise (after discounts, excluding shipping) ships with one free card.
3.2 Each qualifying order gets one card. Separate orders cannot be combined.
3.3 The card is not sold separately.
4. Numbering and GENESIS
4.1 Numbers are assigned in order of the on-chain confirmation time of the qualifying payment (Base USDC), starting at 0011. A payment qualifies when it matches the quoted amount. An overpaid payment, or a payment made after the quote expired, that we review and approve is assigned the next available number at the time of approval; numbers already assigned are not changed. Underpaid payments and payments in the wrong token or on the wrong network are not assigned a number. Numbers 0001–0010 are reserved for the CTRL//Z team.
4.2 Numbers 0011–0256 are marked GENESIS. GENESIS is an identity mark only, with no added monetary value.
4.3 Once assigned, your number appears in your order confirmation email and on your order page.
4.4 Numbers cannot be chosen or changed once assigned.
4.5 Voided numbers are never reissued.
5. Activation and binding
5.1 NFC verification is planned and not active yet; it will be announced on ctrlzworks.com when it launches.
5.2 Sign-in and card-linking for the member page will be announced on ctrlzworks.com before the feature launches.
5.3 Once NFC verification launches, only pages on the ctrlzworks.com domain will be official. If a tap opens any other address, the card may be counterfeit; stop using it and contact us.
6. Online use
6.1 Verification (planned, not active yet): once launched, a tap will confirm whether the card is genuine, its member number, GENESIS status and card status (active, deactivated, replaced).
6.2 Member page: shows the member number, GENESIS mark and card status. Anything else shown (such as a name) will be announced on ctrlzworks.com before the feature launches.
6.3 Member-only access: CTRL//Z may offer member-only pages, early access or event sign-ups in the future. Whether, what and for how long is as announced on the website.
6.4 Don't share screenshots of the page a tap opens.
7. Offline use (future stores and pop-ups)
7.1 Future CTRL//Z stores or pop-up events may use the card to verify membership.
7.2 Staff tap the card over NFC or scan the barcode on the back. The barcode only identifies the number; authenticity is confirmed by NFC verification.
7.3 Staff may check the signature on the back and, if needed, ask to see a photo ID. The ID is viewed only and never photographed, copied or stored.
7.4 Staff may decline member services if the card cannot be verified, is deactivated, or the signature clearly does not match.
8. Signature
8.1 Sign the matte strip on the back with a permanent or metallic paint marker when your card arrives. After a transfer, the new holder may handle the signature strip as they choose.
8.2 The signature is only for in-person comparison. CTRL//Z does not record it.
9. Ownership, transfer and resale
9.1 The card is freely transferable, with no registration. Just hand the physical card to the other person.
9.2 The member number and GENESIS status travel with the card. Any benefits apply to the holder.
9.3 CTRL//Z is not part of, and does not guarantee, any resale. If you get a card outside official channels, tap to verify it once NFC verification launches.
9.4 There is no official resale price for GENESIS or any number, and CTRL//Z offers no buy-back.
10. Loss, theft, damage and replacement
10.1 If your card is lost or stolen, email hello@ctrlzworks.com with your order or member number as soon as you can. We will deactivate the original chip; tapping it will then show "Deactivated".
10.2 The replacement keeps the member number (and GENESIS, if any) with a new chip; the old chip is permanently deactivated. Replacements for loss, theft or accidental damage carry a fee at cost, amount to be announced on ctrlzworks.com.
10.3 Defects in normal use (such as chip failure) are replaced free of charge.
10.4 Before replacing, CTRL//Z may ask for information showing you hold the card.
11. Misuse, counterfeits and deactivation
11.1 Do not copy, counterfeit or tamper with the card or chip, or use the card to suggest you speak for CTRL//Z.
11.2 For breaches, or use of the card for fraud, CTRL//Z may deactivate the card and reserves its legal rights.
11.3 Before deactivating a card, CTRL//Z will email the original purchaser.
12. Privacy
12.1 An NFC tap only sends the card data needed to verify authenticity. It reads no personal data from your phone.
12.2 The member page processes only the minimum data needed (member number, order link, card status).
12.3 The privacy notice for the member page will be published on ctrlzworks.com before the feature launches.
13. Returns, cancellations and the card
13.1 If a qualifying order is fully returned or cancelled, or a partial return brings merchandise (after discounts, excluding shipping) below NT$5,000, the card must be sent back with the return.
13.2 The chip is deactivated and the number is permanently voided and left empty; it is never reissued. The same applies if the card is not returned, and your refund is unaffected.
13.3 Return and withdrawal deadlines follow the Shipping & Returns policy.
14. Changes to these rules
14.1 CTRL//Z may update these rules. Updates take effect when posted on ctrlzworks.com. The original purchaser will be emailed about material changes.
14.2 These rules do not limit your statutory consumer rights.

2. 會員卡性質
2.1 會員卡只是會員身分的憑證。
2.2 會員卡沒有現金價值，不能當付款工具，也不能兌換現金或商品。
2.3 卡片的所有權益，以 ctrlzworks.com 當時公告的為準。本規範不承諾任何特定權益。
3. 怎麼拿到
3.1 v0.1 First Commit 預購期間（現已開放預購，10/24 正式發售），單筆訂單的商品金額（折扣後、不含運費）滿 NT$5,000，免費附贈一張，隨訂單寄出。
3.2 每筆符合資格的訂單附一張。不同訂單的金額不能合併計算。
3.3 會員卡不單獨販售。
4. 編號與 GENESIS
4.1 編號依符合資格之付款（Base USDC）在鏈上確認的時間先後配發，從 0011 開始。付款金額與報價相符者即符合資格；多付或報價過期後付款經審核核准者，於核准時配發下一個可用的編號；已配發之編號不會變動。少付、轉錯幣別或轉錯網路之付款不配發編號。0001–0010 由 CTRL//Z 團隊保留。
4.2 0011–0256 標示 GENESIS。GENESIS 只是身分標記，沒有附加的金錢價值。
4.3 編號配發後，會顯示在訂單確認信和訂單頁。
4.4 編號一經配發不能挑選或更換。
4.5 作廢的編號永遠不會重新配發。
5. 啟用與綁定
5.1 NFC 驗證為規劃中功能，目前尚未啟用，啟用時會在 ctrlzworks.com 公告。
5.2 會員頁的登入、綁定方式，會在功能上線前公告於 ctrlzworks.com。
5.3 NFC 驗證啟用後，只有 ctrlzworks.com 網域的頁面才是官方頁面。感應後如果開的是其他網址，卡片可能是假的，請停止使用並聯絡我們。
6. 線上使用
6.1 身分驗證（規劃中，目前尚未啟用）：啟用後，感應卡片可以確認卡片真偽、會員編號、是不是 GENESIS，以及卡片狀態（有效、停用、已補發）。
6.2 會員頁：顯示會員編號、GENESIS 標記和卡片狀態。其他顯示內容（例如名稱），會在功能上線前公告於 ctrlzworks.com。
6.3 會員限定內容：CTRL//Z 未來可能提供會員限定的頁面、搶先購或活動報名。是否提供、內容和期間，以網站公告為準。
6.4 不要把感應後開啟的網址截圖分享出去。
7. 線下使用（未來的實體店、快閃店）
7.1 CTRL//Z 未來的實體店或快閃活動，可能用會員卡驗證身分。
7.2 驗證方式：由店員用 NFC 感應卡片，或掃描背面條碼。條碼只能確認編號；確認真偽以 NFC 驗證為準。
7.3 店員可能核對卡背簽名；必要時可能請持卡人出示身分證件。證件只用肉眼查看，絕不拍照、影印或留存。
7.4 卡片無法驗證、狀態為停用，或簽名明顯不符時，店員可以拒絕提供會員服務。
8. 簽名
8.1 收到卡後，請用油性筆或金屬漆筆在背面霧面簽名欄簽名。卡片轉讓後，新持卡人可以自行處理簽名欄。
8.2 卡片上的簽名只用來在現場比對，CTRL//Z 不記錄簽名。
9. 所有權、轉讓、轉售
9.1 會員卡可以自由轉讓，不需要登記。直接把實體卡交給對方即可。
9.2 會員編號和 GENESIS 標記跟著卡片走。如果有任何權益，由持卡人享有。
9.3 CTRL//Z 不參與、也不擔保任何二手交易。透過非官方管道取得的卡，請在 NFC 驗證啟用後先感應驗證真偽。
9.4 GENESIS 或特定編號沒有官方的轉售價格，CTRL//Z 也不提供回購。
10. 遺失、被竊、損壞與補發
10.1 卡片遺失或被竊，請盡快寫信到 hello@ctrlzworks.com，附上訂單編號或會員編號。我們會停用原卡晶片，之後感應原卡會顯示「停用」。
10.2 補發的新卡保留原會員編號（GENESIS 也保留），換新的晶片，舊晶片永久停用。遺失、被竊或人為損壞的補發，收取成本價的補發費，金額另行公告於 ctrlzworks.com。
10.3 正常使用下的非人為故障（例如晶片失效），免費更換。
10.4 補發前，CTRL//Z 可能會請你提供能證明你持有這張卡的資料。
11. 濫用、偽造與停用
11.1 禁止複製、仿冒、竄改卡片或晶片，也禁止用卡片誤導他人以為你代表官方。
11.2 違反上述規定，或用卡片從事詐欺時，CTRL//Z 可以停用該卡，並保留法律追訴權利。
11.3 停用前，CTRL//Z 會先寄信到原訂購人的 email 通知。
12. 隱私
12.1 NFC 感應只傳送確認真偽所需的卡片識別資料，不會讀取手機裡的個人資料。
12.2 會員頁只處理提供服務必要的最少資料（會員編號、訂單關聯、卡片狀態）。
12.3 會員頁相關的隱私權說明，會在功能上線前公告於 ctrlzworks.com。
13. 退貨、取消與會員卡
13.1 符合資格的訂單如果整筆退貨、取消，或部分退貨後商品金額（折扣後、不含運費）低於 NT$5,000，會員卡須隨退貨寄回。
13.2 該卡晶片會停用，編號永久作廢、從此空號，不會重新配發。卡沒寄回時同樣處理，退款金額不受影響。
13.3 退換貨及解除權期限，依官網運送與退換貨政策辦理。
14. 規範的修改
14.1 CTRL//Z 可以修改本規範，修改後的版本公告在 ctrlzworks.com，公告時生效。重大變更會另外寄信通知原訂購人。
14.2 本規範不影響消費者依法享有的權利。
