This website (ctrlzworks.com) is currently operated by the founder of CTRL//Z as an individual seller, under the name CTRL//Z (individual seller) (the “Operator”). The Operator's personal name is not published on this website. The Operator's identity is provided on receipts and payment records, and upon a consumer's lawful request. Copyright in this website’s content and the CTRL//Z name, the “//” mark and related logos belongs to the Operator, CTRL//Z (individual seller). 逆熵國際股份有限公司 (Anti-Entropy International Co., Ltd.) is a reserved company name that has not been incorporated or registered yet; it is not the seller and is not a party to any order, sale or contract on this website.
If the company is incorporated, it is expected to take over the operation of this website and the rights and obligations under these terms, and we will update this page before that happens. Contact: hello@ctrlzworks.com.

2. What this website is
This website presents the CTRL//Z brand and sells its v0.1 — First Commit collection to addresses in Taiwan and 95 other destinations worldwide (listed on the Shipping & Returns page). Orders are open now, ahead of the official launch on 24 Oct 2026.
- Prices are in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD) and payment is in USDC on the Base network (see “Paying with stablecoins” below).
- An order is placed when you complete checkout, and is confirmed once your payment is confirmed on-chain; we send a confirmation email.
- Product images are illustrations; the actual product may vary. Specifications are targets and may change after sampling.
- Shipping, cancellation, the 7-day withdrawal right and refunds are set out in Shipping & Returns.
Withdrawal: 7 days from delivery; 14 days for consumers in the EU/EEA. Details and return-shipping rules: Shipping & Returns.
3. Launch notifications and “Notify me”
Signing up for launch or restock notifications is free and creates no obligation for you or for the Operator. It is not an order, does not reserve any product, and does not guarantee availability. You can unsubscribe at any time. How we handle your email is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content of this website — including text, drawings, graphics and logos — may not be copied, modified or used commercially without prior written permission. Copyright in this website’s content and the CTRL//Z name, the “//” mark and related logos belongs to the Operator, CTRL//Z (individual seller); this statement is not a claim that any of them is registered. The seller for orders on this website is CTRL//Z (individual seller).
5. Availability and liability
We try to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of this website. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence and your rights under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Orders are governed by the version in effect when the order was placed.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance, without prejudice to any court that has jurisdiction under mandatory law, including the jurisdiction available to consumers under the Code of Civil Procedure and the Consumer Protection Act. Nothing in these terms affects mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your place of residence.
Paying with stablecoins
Prices are set in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD). You may pay in USDC on the Base network (native USDC only; QR / wallet links use the EIP-681 standard). The token amount is converted from the TWD price at the live exchange rate plus a small buffer; the payment page amount is final. The quote is valid for 15 minutes.
You must send the exact amount, in the token quoted, in a single transfer, to the address shown on the payment page. The order is confirmed only after the transfer is confirmed on-chain. Payments in another token or network, of a different amount, or after the quote expires are reviewed manually and, if we cannot complete the order, refunded:
- Overpayment: if approved, the order proceeds and is assigned the next available member number when approved (see the Member Card Rules), and the difference — USDC received minus USDC quoted — is refunded in USDC on Base to the address that paid. We pay the network (gas) fee for that refund.
- Underpayment: the payment is refunded in full (see below), the order is not completed and no member number is assigned; please place a new order.
- Wrong network or wrong token: no member number is assigned, and we can refund only the portion that actually reached us and that we are able to recover.
Except for an overpaid difference (refunded in USDC as received, see “Paying with stablecoins” in the Terms), refunds — including under the withdrawal right — are based on the TWD amount you actually paid: (USDC received ÷ USDC quoted) × the order total in TWD. We convert that TWD amount to USDC at the refund-day rate and send it in USDC on Base to the address that paid (or another address you confirm in writing); alternatively by TWD bank transfer if you prefer. We pay the network fee. Exchange-rate gains or losses are never passed on to you.
We do not hold balances, exchange crypto or offer credit. Per-order limit: NT$30,000. We keep the order, TWD price, token amount, rate and transaction hash for our records and may refuse payments from sanctioned or mixer addresses.
Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed by us. Check the address and amount before you send.

- 商品圖片為示意，實際商品以實物為準；所列規格為目標規格，可能於打樣後調整。

3. 發售通知與「通知我」
登記發售或到貨通知為免費，對你或營運者均不產生任何義務；此登記並非訂單，不為你保留任何商品，也不保證商品供應。你可隨時取消訂閱。Email 之處理方式詳見隱私權政策。

7. 準據法與管轄
本條款之解釋與適用，以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法；因本條款所生之爭議，以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院，但不影響依民事訴訟法、消費者保護法等強制規定所定之管轄法院（包括消費者得選擇之管轄法院）。惟依你所在地強制適用之消費者保護法規，不因本條款而受影響。
以穩定幣付款
商品價格以新台幣計價。你可以使用 Base 網路上的 USDC 付款（僅限原生 USDC；QR／錢包連結採 EIP-681 標準）。代幣金額由新台幣價格依即時匯率加小幅緩衝換算，以付款頁為準，報價有效 15 分鐘。
請以報價的代幣，以單筆轉帳將「確切金額」轉至付款頁顯示的地址。交易在鏈上最終確認後，訂單才會成立。以其他代幣或網路付款、金額不符或報價過期後付款者，將由人工審核；如無法完成訂單，將予以退款：
- 多付：經審核核准後訂單照常成立並於核准時配發下一個可用的會員編號（詳見會員卡規範），差額（實收 USDC 減報價 USDC）以 Base 上的 USDC 退回原付款地址，該筆退款之網路手續費（gas）由我們負擔。
- 少付：款項將全額退款（計算方式如下），訂單不成立，不配發會員編號，請重新下單。
- 轉錯網路或轉錯幣別：不配發會員編號，且僅能退還我們實際收到且可取回之部分。
除多付差額以原幣 USDC 退回外（詳見服務條款「以穩定幣付款」），退款（包含解除權）以你實際支付之新台幣金額為準：（實收 USDC ÷ 報價 USDC）× 訂單新台幣總額。該新台幣金額依退款當日匯率換算為 USDC，以 Base 上的 USDC 退回原付款地址（或你以書面確認的其他地址）；你也可以選擇以新台幣匯款退款。網路手續費由我們負擔，匯率損益不會轉嫁給你。
我們不代為保管餘額、不提供兌換服務，也不提供儲值。每筆訂單上限為 NT$30,000。我們會保存訂單、新台幣價格、代幣數量、匯率與交易雜湊等紀錄，並得拒絕來自受制裁或混幣服務地址的付款。
