Privacy Policy隱私權政策

1. Who is responsible

The person responsible for your data (data controller) is the Operator, CTRL//Z (individual seller), the founder who currently runs this website as an individual seller (identity provided on receipts and payment records, and upon a consumer's lawful request). Anti-Entropy International Co., Ltd. (逆熵國際股份有限公司) is a reserved company name and has not been incorporated or registered. If the company is incorporated, we intend to transfer launch-notification signups to it. We will email you before that happens and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent again. You can also unsubscribe before the transfer and your data will be deleted. Contact: hello@ctrlzworks.com.

To request the Operator's identity and other business-operator information that we are required to provide by law, write to hello@ctrlzworks.com.

2. What we collect

  • Orders: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address or chosen convenience-store pickup location, the items, prices, shipping method and order status.
  • Payment: the USDC amount and rate quoted, the wallet address that paid and the transaction hash. These are recorded on the public Base blockchain by the network itself.
  • Account (optional): if you sign in with email or Google, our login and wallet provider Privy processes your email or Google account identifier and the wallet address it creates for you. We never receive or hold your wallet's private key.
  • Launch notifications and “Notify me”: your email address, chosen language, signup time and the product you asked about.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider processes request data such as IP address and browser type in server logs to run and secure the site.
  • We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your language and cart are stored only in your browser (localStorage).

3. Why we use it

To process, confirm, ship and support your order (including cancellations, returns and refunds); to verify your payment on-chain and prevent fraud; to let you sign in and see your orders; to keep records required by law; and to send launch and release notifications you asked for. We will never sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.

4. Service providers and international transfer

  • Vercel: website hosting and storage of order and launch-notification data (Vercel Blob).
  • Resend: sending order-confirmation and other transactional emails from hello@ctrlzworks.com.
  • Zoho Mail: hosting hello@ctrlzworks.com, where your messages to us are received and answered.
  • Privy: email / Google sign-in and the optional CTRL//Z account wallet, including sponsoring network fees for account-wallet payments.
  • Alchemy (Base RPC): reading the Base blockchain to confirm payments.
  • PublicNode (Base RPC): reading the USDC balance of a CTRL//Z account wallet shown on the payment page.
  • ECPay: the convenience-store map used at checkout to choose a pickup store.
  • Vercel Web Analytics: aggregate page-view statistics for this website.
  • ExchangeRate-API: exchange-rate data used for reference prices.
  • Your delivery details are also given to the convenience-store or home-delivery carrier that ships your order.

Data may be stored and processed outside Taiwan. Transactions on the public Base blockchain are permanent and publicly visible; we cannot change or delete them.

5. How long we keep it

Order and payment records: for as long as needed to fulfil the order and handle returns, refunds and complaints, and for any longer period required by Taiwan tax, accounting or other law. Launch-notification data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until the notification service ends. On-chain transaction records cannot be deleted by anyone.

6. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop receiving emails, at any time by contacting us; we reply within 15 days. We process personal data under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act; if the data protection law of your place of residence (for example, the EU GDPR or the UK GDPR) applies to our processing of your data, you may also exercise the rights that law gives you by contacting us, and you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Future features

NFC verification is not active yet. Before it launches we will update this policy, including how scan records are handled.

1. 個人資料之負責人

你的個人資料由營運者 CTRL//Z（個人賣家）負責（資料控制者），即目前以個人賣家身分營運本網站之創辦人（身分資料載明於收據及付款紀錄，並於消費者依法請求時提供）。逆熵國際股份有限公司為保留之公司名稱，尚未設立登記。如該公司完成設立，我們預計將發售通知登記資料移轉予該公司，並會事先以 Email 通知你；依法須重新取得你的同意時，將另行徵求你的同意。你也可以在移轉前取消登記，資料即刪除。聯絡方式：hello@ctrlzworks.com。

如需營運者身分資料或其他依法應提供之企業經營者資訊，請來信 hello@ctrlzworks.com。

2. 蒐集項目

  • 訂單：姓名、電話、Email、收件地址或所選之超商取貨門市、訂購商品、價格、運送方式與訂單狀態。
  • 付款：所報之 USDC 金額與匯率、付款之錢包地址及交易雜湊；上述資料由 Base 區塊鏈網路本身公開記錄。
  • 帳戶（選用）：如你以 Email 或 Google 登入，我們的登入與錢包服務商 Privy 會處理你的 Email 或 Google 帳戶識別資料，以及為你建立之錢包地址。我們不會取得或保管你錢包之私鑰。
  • 發售通知與「通知我」：Email、所選語言、登記時間及你所登記之商品。
  • 技術資料：我們的主機服務商為維運與資安目的，會於伺服器日誌處理 IP 位址、瀏覽器類型等請求資料。
  • 本網站不使用廣告或追蹤 Cookie；語言偏好與購物車僅儲存於你的瀏覽器（localStorage）。

3. 利用目的

用於處理、確認、寄送訂單及提供客服（包括取消、退貨與退款）；於鏈上核對付款並防止詐欺；讓你登入並查看訂單；保存法令要求之紀錄；以及寄送你所登記之上線與發售通知。我們不會出售你的資料，也不會提供給第三方行銷使用。

4. 服務商與跨境傳輸

  • Vercel：網站代管及訂單與發售通知登記資料之儲存（Vercel Blob）。
  • Resend：自 hello@ctrlzworks.com 寄送訂單確認信等交易通知信。
  • Zoho Mail：代管 hello@ctrlzworks.com，用於接收與回覆你寄給我們的信件。
  • Privy：Email／Google 登入及選用之 CTRL//Z 帳戶錢包，包括代付帳戶錢包付款之網路手續費。
  • Alchemy（Base RPC）：讀取 Base 區塊鏈以確認付款。
  • PublicNode（Base RPC）：讀取付款頁顯示之 CTRL//Z 帳戶錢包 USDC 餘額。
  • ECPay 綠界：結帳時選擇超商取貨門市之電子地圖。
  • Vercel Web Analytics：本網站之匯總瀏覽統計。
  • ExchangeRate-API：參考價格所用之匯率資料。
  • 你的收件資料亦會提供予負責寄送訂單之超商取貨或宅配物流業者。

資料可能儲存及處理於台灣以外地區。Base 公開區塊鏈上之交易為永久且公開可見，我們無法更改或刪除。

5. 保存期間

訂單與付款紀錄：保存至完成訂單及處理退貨、退款與客訴所需之期間，如台灣稅務、會計或其他法令要求較長之保存期間，依其規定。發售通知登記資料：保存至你取消訂閱或要求刪除為止，或至該通知服務結束時。鏈上交易紀錄任何人皆無法刪除。

6. 你的權利

你可隨時聯絡我們，請求查閱、更正或刪除你的資料，或停止接收 Email；我們會在 15 天內回覆。我們依中華民國個人資料保護法處理個人資料；如你所在地之個人資料保護法規（例如歐盟 GDPR 或英國 UK GDPR）適用於我們對你資料之處理，你亦得聯絡我們行使該法規所賦予之權利，並得向你所在地之資料保護主管機關提出申訴。

7. 未來功能

NFC 驗證功能尚未啟用。啟用前我們將更新本政策，說明掃描紀錄之處理方式。
