Ship timing

Every product page, the cart and the checkout show an estimated ship-date range. Pieces are made in small batches and ship after quality checks. We will email you when your order ships. If a date changes, we will tell you the new date before the original date, and you can choose a full refund instead.

Shipping

  • All orders will ship from Taiwan.
  • Taiwan shipping fees: 7-ELEVEN / FamilyMart / Hi-Life pickup NT$70; home delivery NT$150; outlying islands NT$250. Free shipping on orders of NT$3,500 or more (subtotal).
  • Orders over NT$5,000 ship by home delivery only (store pickup is not available).
  • Taiwan orders: after shipping we email you a tracking number.
  • International shipping (95 other destinations worldwide, listed below): no free-shipping threshold; one flat fee per order by region. Orders under NT$5,000 ship by Chunghwa Post ePacket (tracked; delivered without signature; not insured); orders of NT$5,000 or more ship by Chunghwa Post EMS (tracked, signed). Fees: Asia NT$350 (EMS NT$650) · Europe NT$550 (EMS NT$1,050) · Australia, New Zealand & Pacific NT$550 (EMS NT$950) · Canada, Latin America & Africa NT$650 (EMS NT$1,300). These fees apply up to 2 kg; destinations marked * are not served by EMS, so orders of NT$5,000 or more to them ship by air parcel. Postal service to some destinations can be suspended at short notice; if that happens after you order, we will offer you a full refund.

  • Maximum NT$30,000 per order including shipping; please split larger orders. If your country/region is not selectable at checkout, we can't ship there yet.
  • Processing time: pieces are made in small batches; each item ships within an estimated 6–10 weeks, counted from the order date. The exact estimated ship-date range is shown on the product page, cart and checkout.
  • Duties & taxes: none for Taiwan orders. International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place): prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, taxes or customs/handling fees of the destination, which are charged by local customs or the carrier on delivery and paid by you. If you refuse to pay them and the parcel is returned, the return costs may be deducted from your refund. Examples (check your own country's rules): in the EU, VAT is due on every import and a €3 customs duty per item category applies from 1 July 2026, usually collected together with a carrier handling fee; Canada, Australia, New Zealand and others charge duties or taxes above their own thresholds. We declare the actual contents and value on customs forms and cannot mark orders as gifts.
  • Tracking will be provided by email once your order ships.
  • Shipping destinations: Taiwan (main island and outlying islands) and 95 other destinations worldwide (listed above).

Withdrawal right (7 days; 14 days EU/EEA)

  • You may cancel your order at any time before it ships for a full refund.
  • After delivery, you may return the item or notify us in writing within 7 days, without giving a reason and without bearing any cost, under Article 19 of Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act. We also apply the same 7-day withdrawal right to international orders; for international orders, the return shipping is paid by you unless the item is defective or not what you ordered.
  • If you are a consumer in the European Union or the European Economic Area (EU member states, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway), your withdrawal period is 14 days instead of 7: you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the item (for orders with several items delivered separately, from receipt of the last item), without giving a reason, by notifying us in writing; then return the item within 14 days of your notice. The same return-shipping rules apply (paid by you unless the item is defective or not what you ordered). All other customers: 7 days.
  • Pieces made in standard sizes and colors are not custom-made and are covered by this right.

Returns & refunds

  • To cancel, or to return within 7 days of delivery (14 days for EU/EEA consumers), reply to your order email or write to hello@ctrlzworks.com. We handle complaints within 15 days.
  • We ask that you return items with their tags and accessories where possible; this request does not limit your 7-day withdrawal right. If an item has been damaged beyond what is needed to inspect it, we may claim compensation as permitted by law.
  • Taiwan orders: return shipping for withdrawals within 7 days is borne by us as required by law. International orders: return shipping is paid by you; any import duties or taxes you paid on delivery are charged by your local authorities and we cannot refund them. If an item is defective or not what you ordered, we bear the return shipping for all orders.
  • Refunds are issued within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item, to the original payment method (USDC on Base to the paying wallet, or a TWD bank transfer if you prefer).
  • How to return: Taiwan orders — we send you a convenience-store return code, or you pay the return shipping and we reimburse you. International orders — send the item back by a tracked service at your own cost (unless it is defective or not what you ordered).
  • Defective or wrong items: you can choose a replacement (subject to stock) or a full refund.
  • Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Changes, exchanges & special cases

  • Before your order ships, you can change the delivery address free of charge, within the same country or region (Taiwan orders over NT$5,000 still ship by home delivery). Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
  • Before your order ships, you can swap an item, size or color for one at the same price. If the price is different, please cancel (full refund) and place a new order.
  • Size exchange: within 7 days of delivery you can return the item for a refund and reorder, or exchange it for another size while stock lasts. Taiwan orders: we pay the return shipping and the new size ships at the normal Taiwan shipping fee. International orders: return and reshipping are at your cost.
  • Missed convenience-store pickup: when the parcel comes back to us, you can pay the reship fee (store pickup NT$70 or home delivery NT$150) or receive a refund minus the actual shipping cost. The 7-day withdrawal period starts only when you receive the item.
  • We ship only to the destinations listed above and do not assist with freight forwarding.

Refunds for crypto payments

Except for an overpaid difference (refunded in USDC as received, see “Paying with stablecoins” in the Terms), refunds — including under the withdrawal right — are based on the TWD amount you actually paid: (USDC received ÷ USDC quoted) × the order total in TWD. We convert that TWD amount to USDC at the refund-day rate and send it in USDC on Base to the address that paid (or another address you confirm in writing); alternatively by TWD bank transfer if you prefer. We pay the network fee. Exchange-rate gains or losses are never passed on to you.

出貨時間

每個商品頁、購物車與結帳頁都會標示預計出貨日期區間。商品以小批次製作，完成驗貨後寄出，出貨時會以 Email 通知。如出貨日期有變動，我們會在原定日期之前通知你新的日期，你也可以選擇全額退款。

運送

  • 所有訂單將自台灣出貨。
  • 台灣運費：7-ELEVEN／全家／萊爾富 超商取貨 NT$70；宅配 NT$150；離島 NT$250。商品小計 NT$3,500 以上免運。
  • 超過 NT$5,000 的訂單僅提供宅配，不提供超商取貨。
  • 台灣訂單：出貨後以 Email 提供追蹤編號。

  • 關稅與稅費：台灣訂單無關稅。海外訂單採 DAP（目的地交貨）條件：商品價格與運費不含目的地之進口關稅、稅費及通關／處理費，由當地海關或物流業者於收貨時收取，由你負擔。如拒付致包裹退回，退回費用得自退款中扣除。例如（請以你所在國家規定為準）：歐盟對所有進口商品課徵加值稅，且自 2026 年 7 月 1 日起每一稅則類別加收 €3 關稅，通常連同物流業者處理費一併收取；加拿大、澳洲、紐西蘭等地超過各自門檻時課徵關稅或稅費。我們依實際內容與價值申報海關文件，無法申報為禮品。
  • 出貨後將以 Email 提供追蹤號碼。
  • 可寄送地區：台灣（含本島與離島）及全球其他 95 個國家／地區（詳見上方清單）。

解除權（7 天；歐盟／歐洲經濟區 14 天）

  • 出貨前可隨時取消訂單，全額退款。
  • 依消費者保護法第 19 條，收到商品後 7 日內，你可以退回商品或以書面通知解除契約，不須說明理由，亦不負擔任何費用。海外訂單亦適用相同之 7 天解除權；惟海外訂單之退貨運費由你負擔，商品有瑕疵或與訂購內容不符者除外。
  • 如你為歐盟或歐洲經濟區（歐盟會員國、冰島、列支敦斯登、挪威）之消費者，你的解除（撤回）期間為 14 天而非 7 天：收到商品後 14 天內（分批送達者，自收到最後一件起算）得不附理由以書面通知解除契約，並於通知後 14 天內寄回商品；退貨運費規則相同（由你負擔，商品有瑕疵或與訂購內容不符者除外）。其他地區之顧客：7 天。
  • 標準尺寸與顏色之批次製作商品並非客製化商品，同樣適用本權利。

退換貨與退款

  • 如需取消，或於收貨後 7 天內（歐盟／歐洲經濟區消費者為 14 天）退回，請回覆訂單確認信或寫信至hello@ctrlzworks.com。我們會在 15 天內處理客訴。
  • 退回時請盡量附上吊牌與配件；此項請求不限制你的 7 天解除權。如商品之損壞超出檢查商品所必要之程度，我們得依法請求賠償。
  • 台灣訂單：7 天解除權期間內之退貨運費，依法由我們負擔。海外訂單：退貨運費由你負擔；你於收貨時支付之進口關稅或稅費係由當地機關收取，我們無法退還。商品有瑕疵或與訂購內容不符時，所有訂單之退貨運費均由我們負擔。
  • 我們於收到並檢查退回商品後 7 日內退款，退回原付款方式（以 Base 上的 USDC 退回付款錢包，或依你選擇以新台幣匯款）。
  • 退回方式：台灣訂單——我們提供超商退貨代碼，或由你先行支付退貨運費後由我們補付。海外訂單——請以可追蹤之方式自行寄回，運費由你負擔（商品有瑕疵或與訂購內容不符者除外）。
  • 商品有瑕疵或與訂購內容不符：你可選擇換新（視庫存而定）或全額退款。
  • 你所在地區法定之消費者權益不受影響。

訂單變更、換貨與特殊情況

  • 出貨前可免費更改收件地址，但限同一國家或地區（台灣訂單超過 NT$5,000 仍限宅配）。出貨後無法更改。
  • 出貨前可將商品、尺寸或顏色更換為同價商品；價格不同者，請取消訂單（全額退款）後重新下單。
  • 換尺寸：收貨後 7 日內，你可退貨退款後重新下單，或於有庫存時更換尺寸。台灣訂單之退回運費由我們負擔，新尺寸依一般台灣運費寄出。海外訂單之寄回與重寄運費由你負擔。
  • 超商逾期未取貨：包裹退回後，你可支付重寄運費（超商 NT$70 或宅配 NT$150）重新寄送，或選擇退款（扣除實際運費）。7 天解除權自你收受商品時起算。
  • 我們僅寄送至上列地區，不協助轉運。

加密貨幣付款之退款

除多付差額以原幣 USDC 退回外（詳見服務條款「以穩定幣付款」），退款（包含解除權）以你實際支付之新台幣金額為準：（實收 USDC ÷ 報價 USDC）× 訂單新台幣總額。該新台幣金額依退款當日匯率換算為 USDC，以 Base 上的 USDC 退回原付款地址（或你以書面確認的其他地址）；你也可以選擇以新台幣匯款退款。網路手續費由我們負擔，匯率損益不會轉嫁給你。
